根据国际人权法和中国《刑事诉讼法》的规定，被告人获得公正审判和正当法律程序的权利没有得到尊重。我们呼吁中国保障这些人的程序公正和正当法律程序。
欧洲联盟呼吁立即释放这12人，并将他们迅速送回香港。
