The Migration Agency is implementing a pilot in all student cases between May and September 2022.
The Embassy of Sweden, by the request of the Migration Agency, will perform interviews in almost all student cases. The purpose of the pilot is among other things to secure the quality of the process and make sure the applicants receive a permit on time. Due to the high numbers of students applying the Embassy cannot book interviews for co-applicants at the same time as the main applicant. Co-applicants will be booked for interview and bio-metric in the fall.
