If you want to appeal a refused Schengen visa, the Embassy recommends to send an appeal by mail due to the GDPR legislation (however, appeals received by email will also be accepted). The submission of appeals at the Embassy takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 3 pm only.
