Apostille on a Swedish document can only be issued by a Notarius Publicus in Sweden. More information and contacts to a Notary Public in Stockholm can be found on the County Administrative Board website. From the website you may also find Notaries in other parts of Sweden.

Due to regulations of 1 May 2017, you may renew your Swedish driver´s license only if you are resident in Sweden or if you are a student in the last 6 months. If you are resident in another EU-country, your permit should be renewed in that country.
If you are resident in Sweden and temporarily, due to work, travel, or studies, are abroad, you may renew your Swedish driver´s license and pick it up at the Swedish Embassy.
