Facetime meeting
The embassy offers a meeting by facetime/i-phone for signing the life certificate.
If you can’t use facetime, you can get help from neighbors, relatives, friends or acquaintances who can handle facetime for you.
You email the embassy to book a facetime appointment, ambassaden.tokyo@gov.se. We book an appointment with you and ask you to email us a picture of your passport.
The embassy call you by facetime to the mobile number you have given us. You show your passport and your life certificate.

You send the certificate to the embassy by post, together with this you send an envelope self-addressed with a stamp . The embassy receives the certificate, stamps it and sends it back to you. It takes about 1 working day before you get it back.
The embassy are not responsible for the handling of the mail by the postoffice.
