The Embassy Office is open as follows:

Mondays: Closed

Tuesdays: Open between 09.00-11.00, for drop-in visitors who wish to collect their passports or have their life certificate approved.

Wednesdays: Open between 09.00-11.00, for drop-in visitors who wish to collect their passports or have their life certificate approved.

Thursdays: Open between 13.00-15.00, for drop-in visitors who wish to have their life certificate approved.

Friday: Closed.

The Embassy Office is also open for visitors with a pre-booked appointment for passport renewal, application for coordination number or visa applications.

From 3 June 2024, the Embassy has phone hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays 09.00-11.00 and Thursdays 13.00-15.00.

Given the current security situation, the opening hours might change with short notice. If that happens, we will inform about the change under the heading “news”.

Please note that it is not permitted to bring weapons into the Embassy Office.
