The Consulate General will be closed to visitors on the afternoon of December 6 due to staff planning day. The Consulate General's telephone switchboard will be closed during the time. The migration section's telephone hours are also affected. In the event of a consular emergency, you can always reach the Foreign Ministry’s hotline by calling the Consulate General's switchboard.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
