On 20 March, Jiangsu Provincial Government invited Foreign Missions in Shanghai to attend a working symposium in Nanjing. Consul General of Sweden in Shanghai Lisette Lindahl participated in the event.
The topic of the symposium was the opening-up of Jiangsu in the new era using “Belt and Road” interchange. Discussions focused on how open platforms, patterns and environments are created. Party secretary Lou Qinjian and Governor Wu Zhenglong were both present, as well as leadership from other relevant departments.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
