On 13 June the Business Climate Survey for Swedish Companies in China 2019 was presented in Shanghai. The survey is a joint initiative by the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing, the Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai, Business Sweden and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China.
This year's survey offers unique insights into the experiences of Swedish companies in China and contrasts their challenges with the increasingly firm commitment that they have towards the Chinese market.
The now biennial survey was first carried out in the year 2000. Around 100 Swedish companies present in China participated in this year's survey.

Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
