Don’t miss the opportunity to the screening of the documentary-film Nelly & Nadine, directed by Swedish film-maker Magnus Gertten. The event is a collaboration between the Consulate Generals of Sweden and Spain.
Nelly & Nadine is the unlikely love story between two women falling in love on Christmas Eve of 1944, in the Ravensbrück concentration camp. Despite being separated in the last months of the war, Nelly and Nadine manage to later reunite and spend the rest of their life together. This film will take you on a journey through personal archives to excavate the nearly forgotten history of one of the greatest stories never told.
