Swedish citizens have the option when visiting Sweden to apply for a passport/ID-card at the swedish police. Please book directly through the police. When applying in Sweden there is a possibility to have the passport issued and then sent to a swedish embassy or consulat abroad (additional fee)
The passport usually arrives at the Embassy after 4-5 weeks.
